Clinic Information |
Winter High School Pitching/Catching Session is designed to provide both pitchers and catchers with advanced mechanics and drills to help them excel in their craft. Pitchers will be given ideas of proper arm care routines, throwing mechanics, warm up routines and pitch selection while catchers will work on receiving, blocking, framing, and throwing. |

Camp Facility |
All camps take place inside the Regan Rec Center on Seton Hall University Campus. The Rec Center features an indoor batting area with two full cages, auxiliary gym and field house that allows for enough space for two regulation-sized infields. Click Here for directions and map to location. |
What to Bring |
Players should wear proper baseball attire (baseball pants, shirt, belt and hat). Players will need a glove, bat, helmet and sneakers or turf shoes. Catchers should bring their own equipment. |
Staff |
Camp staff is made up of professional certified coaches with many years of experience as both players and coaches at all competitive levels. Our 1:10 coach to camper ratio ensures individual and small group attention. |
